Private Event Package & Inclusions
Yuulong Estate’s private event package includes venue hire, styling, bar service, guest amenities, and full coordination for a seamless celebration.
PRIVATE EVENT PACKAGE & INCLUSIONS
(5 Hour Package)
Venue hire is quoted based on event type, size and requirements. All private events require a minimum bar spend or agreed bar tab.
Planning & Coordination
Event manager support in the lead-up to your event
Early access and late finish (including time for vendors and caterers)
Full cleaning and general pack-down support, as agreed during planning

Full access to the rustic woolshed and surrounding outdoor areas
Rustic trestle tables and chairs provided

Yuulong Estate’s ceremony and elopement packages offer exclusive access, flexible setups, bar service, photo opportunities, and guest amenities.
CEREMONY ONLY & ELOPEMENT PACKAGES
A relaxed 2 or 3 hour experience for your perfect “I do” moment.
Please note: Saturday bookings must conclude by 2pm. Weekday and Sunday bookings offer flexibility with available timeframes.
